Job Description 

  • Understands aquatic center’s Rules and Procedures

  • Communicates effectively with patrons, staff members, and members of management

  • Answers telephones and provides information to the public regarding events, programs, admission prices, and hours of operations at aquatic center.

  • Operating a cash register

  • Collecting fees and issuing admission to patrons


Job Qualifications 


  • Ability to work with the general public in a professional manner 

  • Maintain a positive self image

  • Ability to work with frequent interruptions 

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all staff, and the general public 

  • Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form

  • Must be able to work days, evenings and weekends 

  • Possess and demonstrate the skills to accurately handle multiple priorities, tasks, problems and situations
